Ube Cheese Pudding
INGREDIENTS
• 350ml evaporated milk
• 250ml Frosty whip
• 340ml condensed milk
• 200ml water
• 30g Ferna clear gelatin
• 2 tablespoons Ferna Flavocol cheese flavor
• 2 tablespoons Ferna Flavocol ube flavor
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil 200ml water in medium heat.
2. Pour 350ml evaporated milk, 250ml Frosty whip.
3. Pour 340ml condensed milk while stirring continuously.
4. Gradually add 30g Ferna clear gelatin continue stirring until gelatin has dissolved and turn off the heat.
5. Split the milk into two pitcher.
6. Add 2 tablespoons Ferna Flavocol cheese in one pitcher, then 2 tablespoons Ferna Flavocol ube in other pitcher.
7. Transfer first the ube pudding and chilled for 2 hours , once ube pudding i set add the cheese pudding on top of the ube and chilled again for 2 hours or more before serving.
