Truffle Chocolate

INGREDIENTS
• 90g unsalted butter
• 100g chocolate chips ( melted )
• 30g Frosty whip
• 1 tbsp Ferna vanilla extract
• 40g Ferna cocoa powder
• 50g Ferna confectioner sugar

INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk the butter in mixer.
2. Add 30g Frosty whip and 1 tbsp Ferna vanilla extract.
3. Add melted chocolate chips and mix in medium speed.
4. Add 40g Ferna cocoa powder (sifted) and 50g confectioner sugar (sifted) 5. gradually and mix until combined.
5. Transfer in square pan with parchment paper and chilled for 2 hrs.
6. Cut in bite size and garnish with Ferna cocoa powder (sifted).
