Buko Pandan Panna Cotta
INGREDIENTS
• 360ml evaporated milk •50g granulated white sugar
• 100ml coconut milk
• 150ml Frosty whip
• 10g Ferna Unflavored Gelatin
• 30ml Ferna Flavocol Buko Pandan
• Pandan leaves for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine 360ml evaporated milk and 50g white sugar in a pot.
2. Heat over low heat while stirring continuously until sugar is fully dissolved.
3. Add 100ml coconut milk and 150ml Frosty whip, stirring gently to combined.
4. Gradually add 10g Ferna unflavored gelatin while stirring continuously. Turn off the heat.
5. Add 30ml Ferna Flavocol Buko Pandan flavor. 6. Transfer in desire container and let it chill for 4 hours.
7. Garnish with fresh Pandan leaves before serving.
