INGREDIENTS:
3⁄4 cup or 220 grams Condensed Milk
3 tbsp or 18 grams Ferna Cocoa Prime Alkalized Cocoa Powder
2 tbsp or 18 grams Skim Milk Powder
1⁄2 tsp or 4 grams Ferna Vanilla Liquid
3 cups or 500 grams Shaved Ice
1⁄4 cup or 40 grams Chocolate Chips
1⁄4 cup or 30 grams Crushed Cookies
¼ cup or 25 grams Walnut, toasted
1⁄4 cup or 15 grams Mini marshmallows
PROCEDURE:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine condensed milk, cocoa powder, skim milk powder and vanilla liquid.
2. Whisk together until smooth and well combined. Set aside.
3. Add shaved ice in a glass, then top with a scoop of thick chocolate mixture.
4. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, mini marshmallows and crushed cookies. You may add any toppings you desire.
5. Serve and enjoy.
