Creamy Strawberry Cathedral

INGREDIENTS
( Gulaman Cubes)
• 1 pack Ferna clear gulaman
• 50g granulated white sugar
• 400ml water
• 1 tablespoon Ferna Flavocol strawberry flavor
(Cream Base)
• 200ml water
• 360ml evaporated milk
• 250ml Frosty whip
• 350ml condensed milk
• 1tbsp Ferna Flavocol Strawberry flavor
• 40g Ferna unflavored gelatin

INSTRUCTIONS
( Gulaman Cubes)
1. Mix 1 packet Ferna clear gulaman in 400ml water.
2. Add 50g granulated white sugar, stirring constantly and boil for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add 1 tablespoon Ferna Flavocol strawberry flavor.
4. Remove from heat and transfer in mold and let it set in refrigerator.
(Cream Base)
1. Heat 200ml water in a pot.
2. Add 360ml evaporated milk, 250ml Frosty whip and 350ml condensed milk.
3. Stirring continuously.
4. Gradually add 40g Ferna unflavored gelatin stirring continuously until powder has dissolved.
5. Add 1 tablespoon Ferna Flavocol strawberry flavor.
6. Remove from heat and let is set at room temperature.
ASSEMBLE THE CATHEDRAL
1. Cut the gulaman into small cubes assemble in desire mold.
2. Pour over the cream base and chilled for 6 hours.
