Mocha Jelly

INGREDIENTS
• 1 packet Ferna clear gulaman
• 20g white sugar
• 400ml water
• 1 tablespoon Ferna Flavocol mocha

( Cream Base )
• 125ml Frosty whip
• 170ml condensed milk

INSTRUCTIONS
(MOCHA JELLY)
• Gulaman Cubes)
• Mix 1 packet Ferna clear gulaman in 400ml water.
• Add 20g white sugar, stirring constantly and boil for 2-3 minutes.
• Add 1 tablespoon Ferna Flavocol mocha flavor.
• Remove from heat and transfer in mold and let it set in refrigerator.

(CREAM BASE)
• Mix 125ml Frosty whip and 170ml condensed milk.
• Pour over cut mocha jelly.
