HALLOWEEN BROOM CAKES HALLOWEEN BROOM CAKES

Ingredients:

Mini devil’s food cake, 16 pcs

Pretzels, 16 pcs

Easy Buttercream:

 EOI Topbake Shortening, 1/2 cup

 Butter, 1/2 cup

 Ferna Vanilla Clear, 1 tsp

 Powdered sugar, sifted, 4 cups

 Milk or water, 2 tbsps

 Ferna Food Colors, green and orange

 Halloween candy decors

Procedure:

1. Cream butter and shortening until light and fluffy.

2. Add ferna vanilla clear.

3. Alternately add powdered sugar and milk/water.

4. Color with Ferna Food colors.

5. Dip cake and pretzels then assemble into a broom. Allow to set.
