FERNA CHOCOLATE RUMBALLS FERNA CHOCOLATE RUMBALLS

Ingredients:

Left Over Chocolate Cake, 3 cups

Gold Coast Butter Oil Substitute, 2 tbsp

Ferna Light Corn Syrup, 1/3 cup

Rum, ½ cup

Dark Chocolate Block, melted

Colored Candy Sprinkle, as needed

Procedure:

1. Cut left over chocolate cake until it resembles into fine crumbs.

2. In a bowl, combine chocolate cake crumbs, butter oil substitute, light corn syrup and rum. You may add more rum if needed.

3. Mix or blend until it forms a single mass.

4. Scoop a spoon-full of the mixture and form into a ball.

5. Dip each chocolate cake ball into melted chocolate and coat with colored candy sprinkle.

6. Allow to set at refrigerated temperature.
