Cookies Crumbs, 1 ½ cup

Gold Coast Butter Oil Substitute, 1/3 cup

Sweetened Condensed Milk, 1 cup

Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips, 1 cup

Franklin Baker Tender Fresh Flakes, ½ cup

Cashew Nuts, chopped, 1 cup


1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. 

2. Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter oil substitute and press into 13”x9” rectangular baking pan. 

3. If necessary, press down with spatula to make the crumbs smoother. 

4. Pour condensed milk evenly over the crumbs. 

5. Sprinkle chocolate chips, nuts and fresh flakes on top. 

6. Press gently so topping adheres. 

7. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. 

8. Let cool then cut into bars.
